Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments made on Sheltrx are non-refundable.
1. Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of services, bookings, subscriptions, or agreements through the Sheltrx platform or by contacting support. However, cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund of fees already paid.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
- All fees, including but not limited to onboarding fees, subscription charges, rent-related payments, and service fees, are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for partial usage, early termination, or non-utilization of services.
- Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed.
3. Service Discontinuation
In the event Sheltrx discontinues or modifies any service, users shall not be entitled to a refund for payments already made, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without valid grounds may result in suspension or termination of the user account. Users are encouraged to contact Sheltrx support before initiating any dispute.
5. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may apply only where mandated by applicable laws or regulatory authorities. Any such exception shall be limited strictly to legal requirements.
